Hooper Corporation in Wisconsin seeks a QA/QC Manager to lead the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program for mechanical construction projects. You will ensure compliance with codes such as ASME, IPC, UPC, NFPA, and client requirements while driving high-quality outcomes.

You will mentor on-site teams, coordinate inspections, manage documentation, and partner with project managers to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of progressive construction quality management experience.
• Certifications such as CWI or ASNT Level II/III preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ASME, IPC, UPC, NFPA, AWS, SMACNA codes.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the QA/QC plans aligned with project needs.
• Lead inspections and oversee on-site quality teams.
• Document NCRs, test certificates, and quality reports.
• Collaborate with PMs, supers, subs to resolve quality issues.
