Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. in South Carolina seeks a Process Piping Project Manager to lead industrial piping projects from estimate handoff to closeout, coordinating schedules, budgets, procurement, labor resources, and subcontractors while ensuring safety and quality.

You will serve as the primary client contact, manage field operations, review drawings and specifications, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery in line with contracts and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan and manage complex piping projects.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding, and fabrication processes.
• Experience reading P&IDs, isometrics, and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases from estimating handoff to project closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, staffing plans, and procurement.
• Monitor costs, productivity, and profitability; approve invoices and change orders.
• Coordinate field teams and subcontractors; ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain client relations and provide regular project updates.
• Review drawings, contracts, and scope to ensure alignment with specs.
