Job summary

Equifax in Atlanta, GA is seeking a seasoned Project, Program and Process Management professional to lead internal initiatives and ensure timely delivery. You will partner with business, legal and compliance to drive policy, process documentation and end-to-end improvements while maintaining schedules and quality.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in process or project management within financial services, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in process, project, or program management.
• Knowledge of the financial industry or related regulatory environment.
• Schedule includes 4 days in-office collaboration (Mon-Thu) with Friday flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business, legal and compliance to support policy and procedure development.
• Review and update current policies, procedures and end-to-end process documentation.
• Own several core processes (SME, continuous improvement).
• Collaborate across departments to improve business processes for Core, Specialty and Data Furnisher connections.
• Identify and solve straightforward problems and make guideline-based decisions.
• Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.
