You will map workflows, interview stakeholders, and partner with tech teams to design automation and AI-enabled solutions, while establishing governance and training to ensure lasting improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in business process improvement or related roles.
• Ability to interview stakeholders and gather requirements.
• Experience documenting processes with Visio/Lucidchart/Miro.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of firm business processes and data needs.
• Interview employees and vendors to present findings.
• Create visual workflows describing processes and data flows.
• Collaborate with analysts, data stewards, and project managers.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled enhancements.
• Define governance and training for new processes.
