Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Business Process Improvement Analyst to partner with business leaders, analyze how work flows across the organization, and design more efficient processes that support automation and AI-enabled solutions. This on-site role in Atlanta offers an hourly rate up to $40.00/hr based on experience and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence experience.
• Strong experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and process documentation.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to improve operational processes.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Experience supporting automation initiatives is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.
