Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Process Operator in Aurora, CO. You will operate, monitor and maintain equipment to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, using computerized controls to optimize production.

You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams, uphold GMP standards and complete precise documentation of SOPs. The role begins 9/1/2026 with a weekly day/night rotation and potential overtime; PPE and strict safety protocols are required.

• Maintain GMP and safety standards and document SOPs accurately.
• Prepare for and troubleshoot issues to maximize output.
