Job summary

Continental is seeking a Production Operator for the 12-Hour Day Shift. You will safely operate industrial machinery, set up equipment, and manage quality throughout the spiral production areas.

Work in a team with a focus on safety, documentation, and timely maintenance. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a proactive approach to reliability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with safety procedures in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate various industrial machinery in a fast-paced, quality-oriented environment.
• Collaborate with operators, spiral team lead, and spiral coordinator.
• Use PPE as required by plant policy.
• Set up and operate equipment to produce quality products in spiral areas; install and remove tooling.
• Monitor product quality; contact Quality Assurance when needed.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and perform operator maintenance.
• Operate forklift to move material as required and manage material flow.
• Work in a self-directed team and participate in meetings and projects.
• Maintain housekeeping in the work area and plant.
