Teledyne FLIR Defense in Indiana is seeking a production operator to operate equipment, weigh and check materials, and maintain batch records for detection products. You will perform in-process tests and troubleshoot to ensure batches meet specifications while following SOPs and safety requirements.

The role emphasizes organization, data integrity, and teamwork, supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in an assembly or production environment preferred.
• Self-motivated, dependable with excellent communication skills.
• Good manual dexterity, meticulous attention to detail, and quick to learn new operations.
• Prior lab equipment experience or background in chemistry/biology a plus.
