Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED and ability to pass entrance examinations.
• Must be able to operate safely and follow directions in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to work with others and communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers.
• Strong attention to quality, GMP compliance, and food safety practices.
• Willingness to participate in training, continuous improvement activities and plant programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and monitor line performance and quality.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and line changeovers with minimal impact on productivity.
• Record production data, maintain traceability, and report deviations to supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow GMP and food safety procedures.
