Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Process Operator I for the 2nd shift to set up, operate, and maintain equipment such as washers and tunnels. You will verify components, monitor performance, and document results while ensuring cGMP compliance and safety.

The role involves training others, handling batch records, and occasional overtime to meet production needs. A high school diploma and ability to read procedures are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Basic arithmetic (add/subtract/multiply/divide) for measurements.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions with basic problem solving.
• Physical ability to stand 100% of the shift and lift 5–40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepares equipment at start of lot and sets up for shift.
• Verifies incoming components by Order Number.
• Sets up and operates equipment throughout shift.
• Monitors machine parameters and records per SOPs/cGMPs.
• Maintains clean work area and reports deviations.
• Completes batch records and logs; trains others as needed.
• Overtime may be required to support business needs.
