You will train across phases I–IV in preparation, MIT testing, sterilization and aseptic gowning, working in a cGMP environment and contributing to batch records. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Experience with clean room or sterile operations is a plus.
• Strong documentation practices and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete training phases I–IV with documented progress.
• Prepare components and materials for filling or compounding.
• Perform MIT testing and document results.
• Sterilize loads and perform aseptic gowning.
• Maintain logs and batch records; ensure cGMP compliance.
