Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is hiring a Process Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Cherry Hill, NJ. The role leads shift operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and budget goals, with emphasis on Lean practices and safety.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in a technical discipline, or 10 years in pharmaceutical injectables manufacturing as an alternative.
• 5–7 years experience in all aspects of the manufacturing process.
• Ability to manage department activities through subordinates with cost, methods and staffing control.
• Knowledge of World Class manufacturing, Lean, GMP, FDA guidelines and process validation.

Responsibilities

• Meet production requirements and deliver quality products on time and cost‑efficiently.
• Identify resources to help department head meet annual operating plan and budget.
• Supervise daily manufacturing operations across one or more departments.
• Provide training and implement control systems to reduce discrepancies on shifts.
