Amrize in Paulding, OH is seeking a Process Operator to join our Systech operations. You will unload and process materials, operate forklifts and heavy equipment, and follow strict safety and waste-handling procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a heavy manufacturing environment. You’ll work outdoors and indoors, wear PPE, and support safety initiatives while meeting production priorities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Work outdoors and in process buildings with exposure to heat, cold, dust and noise.

Responsibilities

• Unload and process material following established procedures; proficient in forklift or other mobile equipment.
• Follow safety policies and permits for proper handling of waste.
• Perform routine maintenance on designated equipment as requested.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area; stay well organized.
• Operate heavy equipment such as bobcat, track mobile, stinger and remote crane.
• Inspect and recondition customer portable Fuel Quality Waste tanks.
• Wear all PPE as required and promote safety with site staff.
• Work overtime as necessary to meet production priorities or emergencies.
• Support other areas of the facility as needed.
