Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely wear a respirator and other required PPE.
• Willingness and ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and rotating day and night shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, squat, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide production and operational support at the Freeport Manufacturing Plant, maintaining safe, efficient operations.
• Operate pumps, valves, scales, and other processing equipment for safe chemical production.
• Operate and maintain equipment for plant utilities and waste treatment.
• Use computer systems to generate process orders, perform inventory checks, and complete quality checks.
• Load, unload, and transfer bulk materials and containers.
• Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
