Darling Ingredients is seeking a Process Operator in Indiana to manage computer controlled process equipment, cookers, and related machinery. You will evaluate process problems and perform product quality testing.

Responsibilities include maintaining material flow to the cooker, adjusting temperatures and steam, and monitoring gauges and control panels. Candidates should have manufacturing exposure and a safety‑minded approach.

Formación

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; preferred manufacturing background.
• Ability to operate/process control equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees rendering process from raw material bin to finished goods storage.
• Maintain steady flow of material to cooker and monitor temperatures.
• Operate and supervise control panels, gauges, and safety systems.
• Perform periodic maintenance and report equipment issues to management.
• Maintain clean work area and adhere to safety rules and food safety programs.
