Job summary

The International Group, Inc. is seeking a Process Operator for the Baytown Production Facility. Under the supervision of the Shift Leader, you will handle production, ensure product quality, and follow production schedules to meet company standards and customer requirements.

You will train in procedures, safety rules, and materials used, maintain records, and report any deviations. Must be able to lift 60 lbs, work in hot/cold environments, and operate powered lift equipment as certified.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required with IGI training (520 hours).
• Demonstrated knowledge of plant processes, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• PTEC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production processes safely and efficiently to meet schedules.
• Familiarize and train in production procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain production records and reporting
• Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
• Report deviations in product quality or schedule and equipment damage.
