Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation and support of production equipment.
• Maintain workplace organization through 5S principles.
• Execute operator work processes to maximize yield.
• Maintain logbooks and identify mechanical downtime.
• Partner with Production Coordinator for process improvements.
• Complete in-process sampling for product quality verification.
• Follow Management of Change (MOC) procedures.
• Issue work permits in the assigned area.
• Ensure completion of maintenance work orders.
• Execute startups/shutdowns and maintenance tasks safely.
• Adhere to ISO-9002 policies and procedures.
• Participate in ISO audits for compliance.
