Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an Operations Associate for a Chemical Operator role in Greenville, SC. You will support reactor loading, run process operations, and conduct in-process quality testing as part of a collaborative team.

You will learn all lane tasks, operate DCS and material handling equipment, and help coordinate workflow across the team while adapting to changing production demands.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plant equipment, procedures, and process equipment operation.
• Ability to perform in-process testing and understand plant documentation.
• Ability to work in a team and safely handle chemicals and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and process reactors according to established procedures.
• Perform in-process quality testing as directed.
• Learn and operate equipment associated with the process lane, including DCS systems and material handling equipment.
• Help coordinate workflow within the team and with other departments while supporting changing production demands.
