Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking an Operations Associate for a chemical manufacturing facility in Ohio. You will support reactor loading, process operations, and in-process quality testing within a team-oriented environment and rotation program designed to broaden skills.

Responsibilities include loading and processing reactors, conducting in-process testing, operating process-lane equipment and DCS systems, and coordinating workflow with other departments to adapt to changing production demands.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plant equipment, procedures and process equipment operation.
• Ability to perform in-process testing and understand plant documentation and MPI records.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and safely handle chemicals and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load and process reactors according to established procedures.
• Perform in-process quality testing as directed.
• Learn and operate equipment in the process lane, including DCS systems and material handling equipment.
• Coordinate workflow within the team and with other departments to support changing production demands.
