Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road facility in Eden Prairie, MN is hiring a Process Operator for a full-time shift 2:00pm–10:00pm (Sun–Thu; Fri/Sat off). The role offers competitive pay in the $19.00–$21.50/hr range with benefits and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced production environment.

You will assemble deli items, support line workflow, and ensure food safety, quality, and compliance documentation while maintaining a clean, safe workplace at this 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery, multi-task, interpret and follow precise instructions.
• Comply with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB and all other regulatory agencies while complying with good manufacturing practices.

Job Description

Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for a self-directed and outgoing Process Operator to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $19.00-$21.50/hr.

We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 2:00pm-10:00pm Sunday-Thursday, Friday & Saturday Off.

PROCESS OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assembling and preparing deli items including salads, sandwiches, wraps, and ready-to-heat meals
• Supporting assembly line workflow
• Ensuring food safety and quality standards are met
• Ensuring completion of production paperwork for compliance
• Creating a safe work environment
• Maintaining a clean work area
