Lunds & Byerlys on Mitchell Road is hiring a Relief Operator to support our Bakery Line. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.50-$24.50/hr and requires availability for the 3:00pm-11:00pm shift, Monday through Friday.

• Operate large-scale machinery, continuous flow systems, multi-task, and follow precise instructions.
• Comply with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB and all regulatory agencies while following good manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixers, ovens, depositors, packaging equipment, and other production machinery.
• Gather, measure, and prepare ingredients, mixes, pans, and packaging materials for production.
• Assist with mixing, thawing, proofing, baking, and other production processes.
• Perform product finishing, slicing, weighing, labeling, wrapping, and packaging.
• Set up, operate, and make basic adjustments to equipment to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Utilize computer systems to review production schedules, formulas, inventory, and complete required documentation.
• Follow food safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Assist with training team members and rotate between production areas as needed

Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for self-directed and outgoing Relief Operatorto produce high-quality products for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive hourly wage of $22.50-$24.50/hr.

We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday

BAKERY LINE HELPER RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Bakery Line Helpers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Operate and monitor mixers, ovens, depositors, packaging equipment, and other production machinery.
