Lunds & Byerlys on Mitchell Road is hiring a Relief Operator for a full-time evening shift. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.50-$24.50 per hour and requires availability 3:00pm-11:00pm, Monday through Friday.

You will join a team focused on bakery line production, quality, and hospitality for customers. Join our world-class production team and contribute to baking, packaging, and quality control in a 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate large-scale machinery and production lines.
• Capable of multi-tasking and following precise instructions.
• Comply with USDA, FDA, OSHA, AIB and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mixers, ovens, depositors, packaging equipment and other production machinery.
• Gather, measure, and prepare ingredients and packaging materials for production.
• Assist with mixing, thawing, proofing, baking, and other production processes.
• Finish, slice, weigh, label, wrap and package products.
• Set up and adjust equipment to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Use computer systems to review schedules, formulas, inventory and documentation.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and keep a clean, sanitary work environment.
• Assist with training and rotate between production areas as needed.

Lunds & Byerlys Mitchell Road is currently hiring for self-directed and outgoing Relief Operator to produce high-quality products for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive hourly wage of $22.50-$24.50/hr.

We operate 24 hours/day and 365 days/year. For this position we are looking for someone with availability around the hours of 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday

Bakery Line Helper Responsibilities

Our Bakery Line Helpers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

• Operate and monitor mixers, ovens, depositors, packaging equipment, and other production machinery.
• Gather, measure, and prepare ingredients, mixes, pans, and packaging materials for production.
• Assist with mixing, thawing, proofing, baking, and other production processes.
• Perform product finishing, slicing, weighing, labeling, wrapping, and packaging.
• Set up, operate, and make basic adjustments to equipment to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Utilize computer systems to review production schedules, formulas, inventory, and complete required documentation.
• Follow food safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Assist with training team members and rotate between production areas as needed

Minimum Qualifications
