Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in chemical manufacturing operations.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Follow operating discipline policies to ensure safe, reliable and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
• Operate process equipment by monitoring conditions and control systems, maintaining desired rates and conditions.
• Serve on-site Emergency Response Team and complete required training.
• Conduct shift relief and handoffs to arriving teams.
• Identify improvements and utilize change processes to enhance plant performance.
• Maintain area qualifications and complete training goals timely.
• Mentor and train personnel on operation and troubleshooting.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled operational tasks.
• Participate in Immediate Response/Severe Weather activities as assigned.
