Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Management, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in business process management or process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills for data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Blueworks).
  • Solid project management practices and understanding of best practices.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar methodologies is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Blueworks)
  • Proven project management abilities with a solid understanding of best practices
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Knowledge of Hoshin Kanri, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus
