Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Process Mechanical Engineer-in-Training (EIT) in Cleveland, OH to work on municipal water and wastewater projects. You will perform analyses, create design drawings, and develop planning reports under engineer mentorship.

The role includes field work, collaboration across disciplines, and opportunities to advance technical and leadership skills within our water and wastewater team.

Qualifications

• BS degree in civil, environmental, or mechanical engineering is required.
• MS degree in civil or environmental engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to deliver engineering solutions for water and wastewater clients.
• Perform engineering analyses, calculations, and develop design drawings/technical specifications.
• Support design of pipelines, pump stations, and water/wastewater treatment systems.
• Mentor junior team members as experience grows.
• Occasionally perform field work and observe startup operations.
