Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Process and Mechanical Drafter to join our Power and Industrial Engineering Group in Bothell, WA. The role focuses on preparing GA, PFDs, and P&IDs while using AutoCAD 2D/Plant 3D or Revit across projects, and coordinating with multiple disciplines to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

You will work both autonomously and with the design team, mentoring others and interfacing with Instrumentation and Electrical groups.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in mechanical discipline or equivalent.
• ,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in an engineering design firm.
• Experience with power plant design is a plus.
• Thorough understanding of documentation and document control procedures.
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
• Positive work ethic and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare General Arrangements (GAs), PFDs, and P&IDs under the process engineer.
