Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering Field for Manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience (including internship/co-op).
• Experience with process improvement and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maximize assigned processes through a hands-on approach.
• Review production reports to reduce downtime and improve performance.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities in spending, cycle time, and labor tasks.
• Gather maintenance staff input to drive improvements.
• Review parts for best performance, cost, availability, and access.
• Recommend changes to improve performance.
• Coordinate and participate in Preventive Maintenance for the assigned process.
• Oversee solution design, planning, implementation & follow-up.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support change management & process stabilization.
• Participate in equipment installations and facility improvements.
• Work with outside suppliers on proposals, quotes, and acquisitions.
• Assist in maintenance related projects with hands-on activities.
