• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field and 5 years of process engineering and project management experience.
• Experience in scrap metals recycling or adjacent heavy industry is desirable.
• Experience leading and implementing continuous improvement / optimization projects.
• Interest in safety at work and understanding environmental permitting processes.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Implement metal recovery technology strategy across Radius enterprise.
• Project manage technology, CI, and capital projects with proper resourcing and scheduling.
• Lead process improvements to increase throughput and product quality in recycling.
• Establish relationships with third party providers, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Serve as a technical resource to management teams for operational opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training and tools to institutionalize new technologies.
