Job summary

MSD is seeking a Process Intelligence Specialist to drive digital procurement through process intelligence, automation, analytics, and AI. You’ll analyze and document processes, establish scalable standards, and design automation solutions delivering measurable value.

You will work hands-on with Celonis, Databricks, Power Platform, and AI-enabled tools to turn ideas into practical, scalable digital experiences. Collaboration with IT and business teams is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in automation, analytics, systems development, process improvement, or a related area.
Experience building or supporting technical solutions that improve business performance, efficiency, or data quality.

Responsibilities

Analyze, document, and standardize business processes to establish a foundation for optimization and automation.
Use process intelligence tools such as Celonis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Design and build solutions using Databricks, PowerApps, Power Automate, RPA, AI, and related technologies.
Develop and maintain workflow solutions, taxonomies, and supporting system structures.
Create intuitive, user-focused process documentation and experiences.
Apply AI-driven approaches to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
Work with data and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
