Job summary

Merck & Co. in the United States is seeking a Process Intelligence Specialist to transform digital procurement with process intelligence, automation, analytics, and AI.

You will analyze and document business processes, establish scalable standards, and design automation solutions that deliver measurable business value. Using Celonis, Databricks, Power Platform, RPA, and AI, you will identify improvement opportunities, build solutions, and enable future AI capabilities across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in automation, analytics, systems development, or process improvement.
• Experience building or supporting technical solutions that improve business performance, efficiency, or data quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and standardize business processes for optimization and automation.
• Use Celonis to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and build solutions using Databricks, PowerApps, Power Automate, RPA, AI and related tech.
• Develop and maintain workflow solutions, taxonomies, and system structures.
• Create intuitive, user-focused process documentation.
• Apply AI-driven approaches to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Collaborate with data and analytics to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
