Job summary

GlobalFoundries seeks a motivated Electrical Engineering student for its Internship Program in the United States. You will support the integration of advanced CMOS devices on FinFET and FDSOI, contributing to performance and yield improvements.

Collaborate with device, process module, and characterization teams; apply data analysis, DOE, and FMEA to drive continuous improvement and timely technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Sophomore pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with at least a 3.0 GPA
• English proficiency (written & verbal)
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship

Responsibilities

• Support process integration of advanced CMOS devices on FinFET and FDSOI technologies
• Collaborate with device, process module, and characterization teams
• Identify issues through data analysis and support continuous improvement plans
• Assist with new project introduction and characterization, prioritizing work with the extended module team
