Job summary

You will support process integration of advanced CMOS devices on FinFET and FDSOI technologies, contributing to improvements in device performance, yield, Cp/Cpk, defectivity and new technology

Qualifications

• Sophomore status and pursuing a B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering in an accredited program.
• GPA 3.0 or higher and in good academic standing.
• English language proficiency (written and verbal).
• Availability to commit at least 40 hours per week during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Support process integration of advanced CMOS devices on FinFET and FDSOI technologies.
• Contribute to improvements in device performance, technology yield, Cp/Cpk, defectivity and new tech development.
• Collaborate with device, process module, and characterization teams to support development work.
• Identify issues through data analysis and assist with continuous improvement plans and solutions.
• Assist with new project introduction and characterization, coordinating tasks with the extended module team.

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering
