Job summary

Tower Semiconductor Ltd. in Newport Beach, CA, is seeking a senior Process Engineer to lead improvement and development of manufacturing processes and new process modules, collaborating with Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Operations and R&D.

You will analyze E-test and yield data, provide feedback to drive continuous improvement, perform circuit-level failure analysis, and communicate complex technical findings to diverse audiences with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics or Materials Science.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge in at least one of: Process Integration, BiCMOS and/or Photonics Device Physics, Thin Films, Etch, CMP, Photolithography, or Diffusion.

Job Requirements

• MS or PhD in Electrical or Chemical Engineering, Physics or Materials Science
