Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Process Integration Engineer in Camarillo, CA. This hands-on role drives detector process development, integration and production for high‑performance HgCdTe/Si arrays, working closely with the cleanroom wafer team to sustain performance and yield.

The candidate will lead process improvement, monitor inline measurements, and partner with cross‑functional teams to enhance device designs and production capabilities while adhering to AS9100 and safety

Qualifications

• Strong background in semiconductor device design and manufacturing.
• Experience with II-VI, III-V or Si materials and device fabrication.
• Proven expertise in design of experiments, statistical data analysis, and process control.

Responsibilities

• Improve and integrate wafer fabrication processes.
• Monitor and optimize process control and yield.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material growth and processing issues.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and AS9100 quality standards.
• Utilize MES for data recording, reporting and tracking efficiency.
