Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated in Goleta, CA is seeking a Senior Yield & Integration Engineer to drive yield improvement, process integration robustness, and defectivity reduction across IR detector manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams, perform advanced analysis, and shepherd technology transfer and NPI.

Qualifications

M.S. or equivalent in a STEM field.
7+ years of experience in yield engineering or related field.
Direct experience with infrared detectors, thermal imaging, microbolometers or MEMS devices.
U.S. Citizen or PERM Resident.

Responsibilities

Oversee wafer foundry yield management and identify loss mechanisms.
Lead root cause investigations across fabrication, assembly, and test.
Collaborate with foundry and internal teams to drive corrective actions.
Analyze failure mechanisms and correlate to electrical/thermal/optical performance.
Own process integration for IR and bolometer technologies.
Develop data dashboards and predictive yield indicators.
Mentor junior yield engineers and lead Lean Six Sigma projects.
