Qualifications

• Experience with MES, ERP, or BI dashboards is a plus.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update SOPs for PCBA and Final Assembly operations.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard times and improve manpower planning.
• Train operators and supervisors on new and revised processes and SOPs.
• Support automation initiatives and assist with implementation of automation solutions.
• Prepare Industrial Engineering documentation for customer audits and implement corrective actions.

Job description

We are seeking a Process Industrial Engineer to improve manufacturing efficiency, standardize production processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives across PCBA and Final Assembly operations. This role will develop and maintain SOPs, conduct time and motion studies, identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, train production teams, and support customer audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for PCBA and Final Assembly operations, ensuring process consistency, quality, and compliance.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and implement improvements that increase productivity, optimize resource utilization, reduce waste, and lower operating costs.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish accurate standard times, support manpower planning, and improve production efficiency.
• Train and provide guidance to operators and supervisors on new and revised processes, SOPs, and manufacturing best practices.
• Support automation initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities and assisting with implementation of automation solutions.
• Support customer audits by preparing Industrial Engineering documentation, responding to process-related questions, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Help drive continuous improvements in manufacturing productivity, process effectiveness, standardization, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Experience with time and motion studies and developing manufacturing standards.
• Knowledge of Lean production concepts and process improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Experience with digital manufacturing tools such as MES, ERP, or BI dashboards is a plus.
• Strong communication and training skills with the ability to effectively work with production operators and supervisors.
