Qualifications

• Must be organized and able to work unsupervised while under pressure.
• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic command of English language, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support fabrication or assembly activities to improve productivity and quality.
• Lead improvement projects in fabrication or assembly operations.
• Develop and maintain procedures, fixtures, tooling, and equipment strategies.
• Coordinate with ME and leadership on root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Assist with training, part flow, and maintenance programs.
