Qualifications

• Preferred: PBM Claims/Accumulator experience, SQL, Teradata, Python & automation, Lean Six Sigma, Salesforce.

Process Improvement Manager Sr.

Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 – 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Process Improvement Manager Sr responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing best practice and continuous improvement initiatives for a business unit.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience, including minimum of 3 years experience as a Process Improvement Manager level; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• PBM Claims and Accumulator Experience is highly preferred
• SQL and Teradata skills are highly preferred
• Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement is highly preferred
• Implementation & Vendor Management Experience is highly preferred
• Prior Authorization and Eligibility Knowledge is preferred
• Python and Automation Experience is preferred
• Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is 94,320 to 162,702
