Process Improvement Manager Senior - FEP

Location This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The Process Improvement Manager Senior is responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing best practice and continuous improvement initiatives for a business unit.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience, including minimum of 3 years experience as a Process Improvement Manager level; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
  • Prior FEP experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodology preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), especially with communicating with the various stakeholders highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel capabilities required (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) highly preferred.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $94,320 to $141,480
