Job summary

First Roles is seeking a Management Analyst for the Special Projects Group at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Virginia. You will plan, organize, support, and execute the implementation and sustainment of Communities of Practice and Learning Cells within the Lifting and Handling domain.

You will analyze processes, propose organizational improvements, and assist with implementation and assessment of effectiveness, presenting trend data to teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and formulate recommendations for organizational improvements.
• Assist with implementation and follow-up assessment of improvement effectiveness.
• Analyze, evaluate and present trend data on metrics, data, processes and cultural program initiatives.
• Collect and interpret data to provide information, recommendations and solutions.
• Coordinate workshops, training and events focused on process improvement and cultural change.
• Coordinate team initiatives and prepare reports and maintain records.
