Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or 2 years' experience in Process Improvement or relevant work experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects to eliminate losses in a distribution center area using Walmart Performance System (WPS).
• Analyze KPI data, develop standard work, and support deployment of WPS programs across the area.
