Job summary

Baxter is seeking an Engineer to provide engineering support to manufacturing areas, following procedures, FMEAs, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, CAPA actions, and improvement projects. You will interact with Local and Divisional function groups to ensure quality and efficiency across production lines.

Responsibilities include supporting manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams, applying Six Sigma and statistical methods, and participating in problem solving and process validation activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience with Six Sigma quality techniques preferred.
• Ability to run projects, coordinate contractors, and direct technicians.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multifunctional projects to contribute to manufacturing strategies.
• Provide technical support to Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality.
• Improve manufacturing processes using analytical tools and DOE as required.
• Evaluate customer complaints, NCR investigations, and propose process/product improvements.
• Support implementation of Value Improvement Projects using DMAIC/8‑Steps.
• Assist in new product introductions and design changes in manufacturing.
