Job summary

Baxter is seeking an Engineer to provide manufacturing floor support, working with procedures, FMEAs, IQ/OQ/PQ, CAPA actions and change controls. You will interact with local and divisional teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications include a mechanical/industrial/electrical/chemical engineering degree and 2–3 years in engineering, with knowledge of GMP, FDA and OSHA requirements. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in Engineering.
• Experience with Six Sigma quality techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support to manufacturing areas.
• Work with procedures, FMEA, IQ/OQ/PQ, studies and CAPA actions.
• Investigate customer complaints and contribute to process/product improvements.
• Support validation and change control activities.
• Develop and update SOPs for new and existing processes.
