Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer for our manufacturing plant in the US region. The role focuses on monitoring reaction and column performance, instructing operators to optimize inventory, and driving process improvements across yield, overhead, and WIP.

You will perform CPV activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), complete criticality classifications, and support change control, CAPA, NCRs, and documentation updates with cross-functional teams. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 5–8 years experience in manufacturing/processing.
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred for communications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reactions and column performance; instruct operators to maximize inventory.
• Evaluate process performance (yield, overhead, WIP) and implement improvements.
• Complete CPV validations (IQ/OQ/PQ) and document criticality classifications.
