Illinois Cement Company LLC is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to analyze production processes and implement improvements that boost efficiency and cut costs. You will design controls, monitor outputs, and participate in new product launches while supporting the Quality-Shipping Manager as needed.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, rigorous data analysis, and applying manufacturing principles to maintain quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
3+ years of related experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with process optimization and control methods.
Knowledge of manufacturing principles and practices.
Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

Conduct analysis of production processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Design and implement process controls
Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality of output
Participate in new product development and launch processes
Fill-in for the Quality-Shipping Manager when they are off
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
