Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise fabrication processes, equipment capabilities, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Design innovative manufacturing methods using current or new technologies.
  • Audit process and equipment performance, proposing enhancements for efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and teams to define product specifications and ensure quality compliance.
  • Manage manufacturing system software, document processes, and train personnel.
  • Provide technical aid across departments, working with product development to ensure manufacturability.
  • Pioneer new technologies to meet corporate needs and boost efficiency.
  • Use statistical methods to analyze and ensure process stability and excellence.
  • Potential travel to Astrodyne facilities and/or client locations (5%).

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering.
  • 3-5 years in manufacturing processes with an electromechanical background.
  • Eagerness to adapt to changes and embrace teamwork.
  • Experience in leading technical projects with an understanding of client needs.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in high-speed environments with limited guidance.
