GuidePoint is seeking a strategic, hands-on, AI-Enabled Process Improvement Engineer to accelerate the modernization of our Cloud Security Professional Services operations. This role blends technical execution with operational improvement-leveraging AI tools to automate, document, and optimize the way we deliver services. This role play a key role in structuring and applying AI capabilities to active projects, standardizing deliverables, reducing manual effort, and building the foundation for scalable, repeatable service offerings. This role will work directly with service leads and cloud engineers to identify inefficiencies and apply practical, AI-driven solutions to improve consistency and performance
