Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Performance Improvement Director in Harlingen, TX, to lead a comprehensive PI program across the hospital. You will drive quality, safety, value and patient satisfaction initiatives with transparent reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

You will develop scorecards, manage best practices, and ensure survey readiness and compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Strong communication and leadership in a hospital setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; healthcare field preferred.
• Masters degree is preferred.
• State RN licensure or healthcare license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Performance Improvement (PI) Program to improve quality, safety, satisfaction and value with transparency.
• Develop and maintain scorecards for service lines with defined outcomes and benchmarks.
• Coordinate hospital-wide PI activities and ensure survey readiness and accreditation readiness.
• Collaborate with Administration and Leadership to communicate PI activities from department level to the Board.
