Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly motivated Project Management Consultant to support successful delivery of capital projects across sectors. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have strong PM fundamentals, excellent communication, and a proactive problem-solving approach, enabling effective stakeholder relationships and governance throughout the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture/PM/Business or related field.
• 4-7+ years of experience in project management, construction management, or project coordination.
• Experience delivering commercial, industrial, infrastructure, real estate, or capital projects.
• Strong understanding of PM principles, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary client-facing project teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and closeout of construction and capital projects.
• Coordinate project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and KPIs to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, action logs, and status updates for stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and information flow among project teams and partners.
• Support project governance, change management, risk management, and reporting processes.
• Review project documentation, schedules, and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Assist with procurement activities, contract administration, and coordination of consultants and contractors.
• Track and manage project risks, issues, and mitigation plans throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct project meetings and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders.
• Support cost management, forecasting, and budget tracking in collaboration with project controls teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide recommendations to improve performance and delivery outcomes.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high standards of service.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Turner & Townsend best practices.
