The Process Improvement Manager acts as the Subject Matter Expert for McCormick's Process Improvement team. They lead the optimization and continuous improvement of shared services and business unit performance by enhancing process alignment. The role involves managing process improvements across projects of various sizes and scopes, across multiple regions and enterprise-wide.
